Energy modernization of a public-use building – Rajgród

Summary

The tender concerns energy modernization and thermal renovation of the gymnasium building of the School and Preschool Complex in Rajgród. The works include insulation of external and foundation walls, roof and gym floor insulation with sports parquet replacement, replacement of doors and windows, modernization of central heating with a heat pump, mechanical ventilation, accessibility improvements, sanitary works and photovoltaic installation. The contract is for 10 months from signing and no later than 31 July 2027. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 2 September 2026 at 14:30. A PLN 15,000 tender guarantee is required. Offers are scored on price (60%) and the warranty period for works, materials and equipment (40%); the minimum warranty is 36 months, while 48 months gives 20 points and 60 months or more gives 40 points.
