Employee Benefits Platform and Sports Membership Services

Summary

The tender covers cafeteria services for employees of the Ministry of Funds and Regional Policy through an electronic platform offering non-wage benefits. The platform must provide monthly sport and recreation memberships, as well as culture, education, book-purchasing, sport and recreation benefits. The basic service period runs from the contract signature until 31 December 2027 or until the gross amount of PLN 601,920.00 from the employee social benefits fund is used, whichever occurs first. An option may cover the period from 1 January 2028 until 31 December 2028 or until an additional gross amount of PLN 662,112.00 is used. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 28 August 2026 at 10:00. Evaluation is based on price (10%), the sport and recreation membership (60%), the number of sport and recreation facilities in Warsaw and bordering counties (20%), and the number of cultural and educational facilities in Warsaw (10%).
