Provision of access to sports and recreation facilities

Summary

The contracting authority is seeking a service provider to ensure access to sports and recreation facilities for employees of the Gdańsk City Office and accompanying persons. Access is to be provided mainly through named plastic cards with a chip or magnetic stripe, with a mobile app also allowed as an alternative verification method. The contract runs for 12 months from 1 November 2026, with optional extensions up to 31 October 2029. The award criteria are price and the number of accepted facilities in Gdańsk and in the Pomeranian Voivodeship. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish.
