Specialist digital skills training and accredited ITIL® Foundation version 5 exam for a group of 210 women

The contract concerns the preparation, organisation and delivery of specialist digital skills training and an accredited ITIL® Foundation version 5 exam for 210 women in Poland. At least half of the training must be delivered online in real time, and the rest in person. The contractor must also provide suitable training and exam rooms, internal and external exams, and electronic certificates for participants who pass. The tender includes detailed requirements for the contractor’s experience, accreditation, trainers, insurance, tax and social security status, quality certificates, sustainability commitment, and room conditions.
