Delivery, installation, configuration and implementation of an integrated solution to increase the cybersecurity level of the IT and OT environment of the Frysztak Municipal Utility

Summary

The contract covers the delivery, installation, configuration, integration, commissioning and testing of one integrated IT and OT cybersecurity environment for the municipal utility in Frysztak. The scope includes server and storage infrastructure, virtualization, backup systems based on the 3-2-1 model, managed switches, UPS units, workstations, EDR licences, U2F keys, OT monitoring, IT/OT/ICS/IIoT network segmentation, WPA3-Enterprise access, an OT UTM device, VPN connections, hardening, migration, acceptance testing and post-implementation documentation. The contract must be completed within 120 days. Tenders must be submitted electronically through the procurement platform in Polish by 25 August 2026 at 00:00. Evaluation is based on gross price (60%) and technical parameters (40%).
