Summary

The tender concerns the supply, implementation and configuration of IT and OT cybersecurity infrastructure for the Municipal Economy and Housing Department in Torzym. The contract covers a wide set of hardware, software and implementation services, including monitoring, XDR, NAC, servers, NGFW, managed switches, NAS, ITSM, log management, OT security systems, hardware probes, Wi‑Fi access points, UPS and training. The contract is divided into two parts: Part A covers delivery, implementation, configuration, integration and commissioning until 30 November 2026; Part B covers maintenance of full functionality, including subscriptions, licences, updates and support from 1 December 2026 to 30 November 2029. The bidder must submit an offer in Polish, provide the required declarations and documents, pay a bid security of PLN 5,000, and later provide performance security equal to 3% of the total gross offer price.
