Desilting four water bodies at the Brzoza ecological site over 4 ha – second procedure

Summary

The contract concerns desilting four water bodies in the overgrown part of the Brzoza ecological site, covering 4 hectares in the Lasy nad Górną Liswartą Landscape Park in Kochanowice municipality. The contractor must remove and lawfully dispose of the sediment, protect habitats and species, prevent water pollution and erosion, and provide continuous nature supervision. Works must be completed between contract signature and 16 November 2026, outside the bird breeding period ending on 15 October. Offers are scored on price (60%) and readiness to start works (40%); the declared readiness period must be 1–3 calendar days. A bid guarantee of PLN 4,500 is required, and the offer must be submitted electronically by 26 August 2026 at 10:00.
