Implementation of advanced cybersecurity solutions at ZWiK Wierzbica under the Cybersecure Waterworks project

Summary

The procurement covers delivery, installation, configuration and commissioning of a comprehensive cybersecurity and IT infrastructure solution for ZWiK Wierzbica, divided into five lots. Lot 1 includes endpoint protection, anti-spam and ransomware protection, XDR, NGFW, SSL/TLS certificates, backup infrastructure, identity and access management, switches, SIEM, NAS, log management, monitoring, virtualization, operating-system licences, WiFi access points, UPS, UTM devices and VPN. Lot 2 covers a mobile diesel generator and its electrical connection with automatic transfer switching. Lot 3 covers an information-security management system audit. Lot 4 covers the development, implementation, maintenance and improvement of the information-security management system and related training. Lot 5 covers basic and advanced cybersecurity training. Partial tenders are permitted and tenders may be submitted for all five lots. The submission deadline is 26 August 2026 at 10:00. Lots 1 and 2 are evaluated by price weighted at 60% and delivery time weighted at 40%; price is the only award criterion for Lots 3, 4 and 5. The tender must be submitted electronically in Polish, with the required declarations, documents and electronic signatures.
