Construction of the sanitary sewer network with connections in Kleśniska – Stage I

Summary

The contract covers the construction of a sanitary sewer network with connections in Kleśniska, stage I. The works include 2,817.51 m of gravity sewer pipes, 1,690.30 m of pressure sewer pipes, 97 sewer connections, 51 service branches, two sections of relocated water network, and three wastewater pumping stations with site works and electrical power supply. The contractor must also obtain the required use permit and submit the construction completion notification. The contract period is 12 months. Tenders must be submitted electronically through the e-ZP system by 11 September 2026 at 08:00 and signed with a qualified, personal or trusted electronic signature. Price carries 60% and the warranty period 40%; the offered warranty must be between 36 and 60 months. No bid guarantee is required, but performance security is required.
