Organisation of training for employees of the State Medical Emergency Department of the Masovian Voivodeship Office in Warsaw, including accommodation and catering

The contract covers the comprehensive organisation of four two-day training sessions for employees of the State Medical Emergency Department of the Masovian Voivodeship Office in Warsaw. The training concerns improving the competences of medical dispatchers and other staff supporting the proper operation of medical dispatch centres. The contractor must provide qualified trainers, a suitable hotel and conference facilities, accommodation, meals, equipment, training materials and on-site coordination. The sessions must be completed within three months of signing the contract, with 35–45 participants per session and 140–180 participants in total. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 26 August 2026 at 10:00. Price carries 60% and the trainers’ professional experience carries 40% of the evaluation.
