Preparation and delivery of meals for children at the Public Kindergarten in Kruszyn from 1 September 2026 to 31 July 2027

Summary

The contract covers the preparation and delivery of breakfast, a two-course lunch and an afternoon snack for children aged 3–6 at the Public Kindergarten in Kruszyn from 1 September 2026 to 31 July 2027, on kindergarten working days. The kindergarten currently has 53 enrolled children and an organisational capacity of 75, but payment will be made only for meals actually ordered and delivered. Breakfast must be delivered between 8:30 and 8:45, and lunch with the afternoon snack between 11:45 and 12:00; the tender may also commit to delivering breakfast by 8:30 or 8:15. Menus must comply with detailed food-composition, portion, dietary, HACCP and food-safety requirements and provide 70–75% of the children’s daily energy requirement over a ten-day period. Price carries 20% and quality 80% of the evaluation score. Quality assessment includes references, menu variety, HACCP certification, experience with elimination diets and breakfast delivery time.
