Hotel and restaurant services in task-based arrangement

Summary

The tender concerns hotel and restaurant services for the 17th Henryk Wieniawski International Violin Competition, divided into four lots: accommodation and meals for jurors, participants, pianists, guests, translators and technical staff; catering during jury sessions; an opening banquet; and a closing banquet. Lot 1 is a hotel service in a minimum 4-star hotel with breakfast, free Wi‑Fi, transport arrangements, parking and meeting rooms. Lots 2 to 4 are restaurant and banquet services with detailed menus, tableware, staffing and venue requirements. The bidder must submit the offer electronically, in Polish, and can bid for one or more lots. The main participation requirement is relevant experience from the last 3 years, and the notice also contains exclusion declarations and portfolio-based quality scoring for lots 2 to 4.
