Modernisation of the ventilation and technological heating systems and adaptation of the air handling unit automation at Krakow Senior Center, Os. Szkolne 20 – Stage II

Summary

The tender covers the modernisation of the ventilation and technological heating systems at the Krakow Senior Center building. The scope includes supplying and installing automation for ventilation units, CO2 measurement and control functions, ventilation control elements, supplying and replacing hydraulic components, hydraulic balancing of the system, electrical works, adjustments, as-built documentation and training for the contracting authority’s staff. The works must be completed as one integrated assignment within 3 months of contract signature. The tender submission deadline is 28 August 2026 at 9:00, and tenders must be submitted electronically in Polish. A participating company must demonstrate at least one contract involving the supply or installation of ventilation equipment with a value of at least PLN 60,000.00, attend the mandatory site visit before submitting the tender and provide a PLN 7,000.00 tender guarantee. Tenders will be evaluated on price (60%) and extension of the warranty period (40%).
