Summary

The tender concerns the supply and installation of a self-service device combining an office machine and a book machine at the Tarnów City Hall building, together with dedicated software, related applications and construction works. The works include dismantling existing site elements, greenery removal, foundations, electrical connections to the city hall building, hardening of the area and new plantings. The award criteria are price and two quality criteria for the warranty on the delivered and installed office machine and book machine. The bidder must show at least two relevant deliveries from the last 3 years, each worth at least PLN 75,000 gross, and must submit the required declarations, equivalent-solution documents if applicable, a bid bond of PLN 3,000 and performance security.
