DRÄGER Anaesthesia Equipment Servicing Services

Summary

The tender covers periodic technical inspections, maintenance and repairs of DRÄGER anaesthesia equipment in accordance with the manufacturer’s service instructions and recommendations and the legal requirements applicable to medical devices. The contract term is 36 months and the tender submission deadline is 27 August 2026. The bidder must have at least one qualifying service contract lasting at least 12 months and worth at least PLN 100,000 gross, as well as at least two service technicians with the required training and experience. Price accounts for 60% of the evaluation, service warranty conditions for 5%, spare-parts warranty conditions for 5% and service quality for 30%. The tender must be submitted electronically and documents must be prepared in Polish.
