Restoration of Oak Avenue in Runowo Krajeńskie to improve resilience to climate change

Summary

The tender covers care and safety pruning of 250 trees in the legally protected Oak Avenue in Runowo Krajeńskie, including the removal of dead and damaged branches, crown correction and reduction, emergency and rescue pruning where necessary, wound protection, and the installation of flexible cable bracing in selected crowns. The work will use hydraulic lifts and, where necessary, climbing methods.\n\nThe tender must cover the entire contract and partial tenders are not allowed. The submission deadline is 1 September 2026 at 11:00, and price is the only award criterion, weighted at 100%. Bidders must account for liability insurance of at least PLN 400,000, relevant previous experience worth at least PLN 30,000 gross, a suitably qualified team, a PLN 5,000 tender guarantee and performance security equal to 3% of the contract price.
