Modernisation of the “My Sports Field – Orlik 2012” sports complex at School Complex No. 2 in Grajewo

The tender concerns the modernisation of the “My Sports Field – Orlik 2012” sports complex at School Complex No. 2 in Grajewo. The works include maintenance and repair of the 1,860 m² synthetic-grass football pitch, complete renovation of the 1,196 m² polyurethane-surface multifunctional pitch, replacement of sodium lighting fixtures with LED lighting, and renovation of the 82.9 m² sanitary and changing-room building, including upgrades to floors, sanitary equipment, the terrace, doors, wooden facade and ventilation, as well as installation of an air-conditioning unit.\n\nThe works must be completed by 31 October 2026. The estimated total value is PLN 1,050,702, and variant or partial bids are not permitted. Bids must be submitted electronically through the contracting authority’s platform in Polish and signed with a trusted or personal electronic signature. The submission deadline is 28 August 2026. Bids will be evaluated on price (60%) and warranty period (40%); the offered warranty must be between 36 and 60 full months.
