Modernization of the ORLIK sports field in Samborzec

Summary

The tender concerns the modernization of the ORLIK sports field in Samborzec. The works include preparatory and demolition works, renovation of the football field and multifunctional field, renovation of ball-stop nets, installation of energy-efficient LED lighting, and supply and installation of an information board measuring 180 × 120 cm. Among other requirements, the artificial turf must have a minimum fibre height of 60 mm, monofilament fibres, polyethylene fibre composition, a minimum fibre weight of 11,000 Dtex and a minimum density of 97,000 fibres per square metre; the multifunctional field’s polyurethane surfacing system includes a 35 mm elastic base layer and a 13 mm top layer. The exact scope must be priced on the basis of the bill of quantities. The design documentation describes the full target modernization, but this tender covers only the elements listed in the bill of quantities. The contract must be completed by 16 October 2026. The tender submission deadline is 31 August 2026. Tenders will be evaluated on price (60%) and the warranty and defects-liability period (40%). The offered warranty and defects-liability period must be at least 36 months; periods longer than 60 months will be assessed as 60 months, while an offer below 36 months will be rejected. The tender must be submitted electronically in Polish.
