Renovation of Prusa Street in Orzesze

Summary

The tender concerns the renovation of approximately 225 metres of municipal Prusa Street in Orzesze. The works include dismantling existing road structures and access roads, constructing a stabilised sub-base and crushed-stone layers, installing kerbs, constructing approximately 779 m² of bituminous carriageway and access-road surfaces, reinstating concrete paving, replacing damaged drainage elements, repairing unpaved verges and landscaping the slopes. The completion period is 50 days and price is the only award criterion. The bidder must submit the tender electronically in Polish by 31 August 2026 at 00:00 and provide a PLN 3,000 tender guarantee. A road-engineering professional responsible for managing the works is required, together with a 60-month warranty and an equal guarantee period. Persons carrying out certain sub-base and bituminous-surface works must be employed under employment contracts. If equivalent materials or solutions are offered, their compliance must be demonstrated with technical data sheets or other documents submitted with the tender.
