Construction of four playgrounds in the settlements of Dobre Miasto municipality

Summary

The tender covers the preparation and development of four playground sites in Jesionowo, Orzechowo, Międzylesie and Podleśna, Dobre Miasto municipality, as part of a 2026 participatory-budget project. The works include, among other things, earthworks and preparatory works, project-specified surfaces, fences and gates, construction and finishing works, site cleaning, waste removal, and separate as-built geodetic surveying for each location. Playground equipment and small architectural elements will be supplied and installed by another contractor, and the successful bidder must coordinate its works with that contractor. The works are to be carried out in the order Międzylesie, Orzechowo, Podleśna and Jesionowo and completed by 30 November 2026. Tenders are due electronically by 28 August 2026 at 10:00. Price accounts for 60% and the warranty period for 40% of the score; the minimum required warranty period is 36 months. A PLN 1,000 tender guarantee is required, and the successful bidder must provide performance security equal to 5% of the tender price.
