Reconstruction of the roof covering of the Municipal Office building in Jabłonna-Majątek

Summary

The tender covers replacement of the flat-roof covering, sheet-metal flashings, fire-resistant OSB boards, damaged substructure elements and insulation at the Municipal Office building in Jabłonna-Majątek. The contractor must prepare design and as-built documentation, obtain a building permit where required, prepare technical specifications, cost estimates and a works schedule, carry out the construction and installation works, and provide post-completion documentation together with the required examinations, approvals, permits and certificates. The works must be completed within four months of contract signature. The tender must be submitted electronically in Polish by 21 August 2026 at 10:00. Price carries 60% and warranty-period length 40%; the warranty must be at least 36 months. The successful bidder must provide performance security amounting to 5% of the gross tender price.
