Reconstruction of access roads to agricultural land

Summary

The tender concerns the reconstruction of access roads to agricultural land in the Gębarzewo and Kosmowo areas of the Czerniejewo municipality. The works cover the preparation and construction of crushed-stone surfaces on road sections of approximately 400 metres and 950 metres, including road profiling, removal of surface vegetation, formation of earth shoulders, compaction, drainage and construction of access drives. The total pavement structure is 20 cm thick: a 15 cm lower layer of 0/63 mm aggregate and a 5 cm upper layer of 0/31.5 mm aggregate mixture. The works must be completed within one month of contract signing and no later than 30 October 2026. The tender submission deadline is 28 August 2026 at 10:00. Price accounts for 60% and extension of the warranty period for 40% of the evaluation score. Bidders must meet the experience and construction manager requirements, provide a PLN 5,000 tender guarantee and submit the tender electronically.
