Conducting family systemic therapy sessions

Summary

The tender concerns the provision of systemic family therapy consultations and psychotherapy sessions for families referred by the municipal social welfare centre in Gdynia, over a 12-month period. Each session must last 75 minutes and must be delivered by two therapists. The maximum contract volume is 96 sessions for up to four families receiving services simultaneously; the expected frequency is two sessions per month per family, with a maximum of three sessions per month. At least 80% of the planned minimum scope will be performed. The bidder must provide a private therapy room in Gdynia, maintain family attendance records, participate in the contracting authority's team meetings, prepare written summaries of the therapy, attend supervision of its therapeutic work at least once every two months at its own cost, and ensure client confidentiality and data security.
