Removal of damage caused by mining operations from road surfaces and infrastructure in Bytom Municipality in 2026

Summary

The contract covers the removal of mining-related damage from the surfaces of carriageways, roads and pavements, as well as engineering structures, road infrastructure and infrastructure for collecting rainwater and meltwater in Bytom Municipality. The works must be completed by 31 December 2026. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 28 August 2026 at 12:00. The bidder must demonstrate relevant road or pavement surface works completed within the last five years with a total value of at least PLN 300,000 gross. Tenders will be evaluated on price (60%) and warranty period (40%). No tender guarantee or performance guarantee is required.
