Reconstruction of the heating system in the mechanical workshops building

Summary

The tender covers Stage I of the reconstruction of the heating system in a mechanical workshops building, including a 60 kW propane-butane gas boiler, a gas boiler room and gas installation. The works include fire-safety adaptation of the boiler-room premises, ventilation, connection of the new heat source to the existing heating system, dismantling of pipework from the former coal-fired boiler room, gas leak detection with automatic shut-off, and electrical installations. The photovoltaic installation is outside the scope. The works, including final acceptance, must be completed by 31 October 2026. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 27 August 2026 at 10:00.
