Construction of access roads to agricultural land

Summary

The procurement covers construction of access roads to agricultural land in the Godziszów Drugi and Piłatka areas, together with related road-work design and construction in Godziszów Pierwszy. Tenders may be submitted for all three lots, and price is the only award criterion (100%). Lot 1 covers a 160-metre-long, 3-metre-wide asphalt road with 0.5-metre-wide crushed-stone shoulders. Lot 2 covers a road with concrete road slabs; the total length of the planned pavement is 735 metres. Lot 3 covers the design solution and construction of a 75-metre road section with an asphalt surface. The works must be completed within 30 days of signing the contract. The bidder must appoint a construction manager with the required road-construction qualifications, submit the required declarations and personnel list, and file the tender electronically in Polish by 31 August 2026 at 12:00. No tender guarantee is required, but the performance guarantee must equal 5% of the gross tender price. The works and installed materials are covered by a 60-month warranty.
