Construction of Małopolska Street – Stage II

Summary

The tender concerns the construction of Stage II of Małopolska Street. The works include an approximately 500-metre-long, 6-metre-wide carriageway, a footway, stormwater connections and inlets, street lighting, public and private access roads, a three-arm junction and a utility duct, as well as reconstruction of the water-supply network, protection of the telecommunications network, vertical adjustment of existing utilities, reconstruction of a junction, road markings, landscaping and tree planting with two years of warranty maintenance. The contract period is 7 months, and the contracting authority may exercise an option for an additional 460-metre southern footway. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 31 August 2026 at 10:30. Price carries 60% of the evaluation weight and the warranty and liability period in months carries 40%. Participation requires proof of the specified technical and professional capacity, a PLN 30,000 tender guarantee and the required documents in Polish.
