Construction of a civil protection and civil defence warehouse – Stage I

Summary

The tender covers construction of Stage I of a civil protection and civil defence warehouse for Gmina Bratian. The works include site preparation, earthworks, main building structures, concreting, reinforcement and steel works, masonry, roofing and insulation, roads, pavements, a car park, and finishing and plastering works. The completion period is two months from contract signature and no later than 18 December 2026. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 10:00 on 28 August 2026. The bidder must demonstrate at least one completed building construction, reconstruction or extension project from the last five years with a gross value of at least PLN 200,000 and provide the required construction manager and electrical works manager. Price carries 60 points and the warranty and defects-liability period carries 40 points. The minimum warranty period is 36 months; 48 months earns 20 points and 60 months earns 40 points. A PLN 5,000 tender guarantee and performance security equal to 5% of the total tender price are required.
