Construction of tourism infrastructure in the Smyków Municipality

Summary

The tender covers the design and construction of recreational infrastructure in the Smyków Municipality. The contractor must design and build three wooden shelters of 34–35 m² each with paving, tables, benches, barbecue hearths and other small architectural elements, construct a tripod fire pit and camping area in Salata, install 8 benches with backrests at the memorial site in Smyków, and purchase and install 14 small-architecture sets. Landscaping, permits and approvals, design, as-built and acceptance documentation, and a funding information board are also required. The works must be completed by 19 October 2026. Bids must be submitted electronically by 28 August 2026 at 09:00, with a bid guarantee of PLN 1,500. Price carries 60% of the evaluation and an extended quality warranty carries 40%.
