Construction of a warehouse building for population protection and civil defence

Summary

The tender covers construction of warehouse building no. 1, including geological, earthworks and foundation works; electrical, sanitary, photovoltaic and telecommunications installations; underground rainwater tanks; and manoeuvring yards. The works must be carried out in accordance with the design documentation, tender conditions and technical requirements and completed by 15 December 2026. The tender submission deadline is 31 August 2026. The bid must be submitted electronically in Polish and accompanied by a bid guarantee of PLN 50,000. Bids will be evaluated on price (60%) and warranty (40%). Within three years after awarding the main contract, the contracting authority may procure similar works from the same contractor, including construction of a second warehouse and manoeuvring yards.
