Conversion of boiler room premises into a logistics and diagnostic training workshop at the secondary school in Giebułtów

Summary

The tender concerns the conversion and change of use of the former boiler room at the secondary school in Giebułtów into a logistics, mechanical and diagnostic training workshop. The works include general construction, demolition, roof and wall insulation, partition walls, ventilation, door and window installation, electrical, water and sewerage, air-conditioning and finishing works, as well as hard surfacing in front of the building. The contract period is 80 days. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 31 August 2026. Tenders will be evaluated by price (60%) and warranty period (40%). A PLN 5,000 tender guarantee and a performance security are required.
