Reconstruction of the courtyard area in the block bounded by Szkolna, Mickiewicza, Łukasińskiego and Roosevelta streets – Stage II (LBO)

Summary

The tender concerns reconstruction of the second stage of a courtyard area in the block bounded by Szkolna, Mickiewicza, Łukasińskiego and Roosevelta streets in Legnica. The works include restoring existing greenery, planting trees, shrubs, hedges and ornamental grasses, establishing lawns, preparing the soil and demolishing existing elements, constructing concrete-paver footpaths, and installing park lights, lawn barriers, road signs and an LBO 2026 information board. The bid must be submitted electronically by 28 August 2026 at 9:00 a.m.; the completion deadline is 8 December 2026. Price accounts for 60% of the evaluation and the quality guarantee for completed works for 40%. A PLN 7,500 bid guarantee and a performance guarantee are required.
