Replacement of the passenger lift in the existing lift shaft at the Łódź-Widzew District Court building

Summary

The tender covers replacement of the passenger lift located in the existing lift shaft of the Łódź-Widzew District Court building. The work includes designing, dismantling and disposing of the existing lift, supplying, installing and commissioning a new electric machine-room-less lift, preparing the required documentation, completing the technical acceptance by the Technical Inspection Authority, and obtaining the decision permitting operation. The contractor must provide maintenance, repairs, technical inspections and emergency lift services throughout the warranty period. The bid must be submitted electronically in Polish by 21 August 2026 at 10:00. Price accounts for 60% of the evaluation and the warranty and statutory liability period for 40%. Delivery, installation, commissioning and approval for operation must be completed within 14 weeks of contract signature and no later than 18 December 2026.
