Modernisation of MOSiR’s changing and sanitary facilities at the JANTOR site by replacing the ventilation system and floor coverings

Summary

The tender covers the modernisation of MOSiR’s changing and sanitary facilities at the JANTOR site in Katowice under a design-and-build arrangement. The works have two stages: preparation of the required design and construction documentation, obtaining the necessary approvals and, where required, filing the construction notification; followed by the ventilation and flooring works, author supervision and as-built documentation. The tender must be submitted electronically in Polish by 28 August 2026 at 00:00. Tenders will be evaluated on price (60 points) and completion period (40 points). The maximum completion period is 80 calendar days, with up to 30 calendar days for Stage I and up to 50 calendar days for Stage II.
