Construction of a 19 × 31.5 m multifunctional sports field

The tender covers construction of a 19 × 31.5 m multifunctional sports field in Opoczno. The works include preparatory works, construction of the base and synthetic turf surface, facilities for basketball, volleyball and tennis, handball goals, installation of sports equipment, a polyethylene mesh ball-stop fence, a litter bin and as-built geodetic surveying. The works must be completed within 2 months of signing the contract, and construction must start no later than 3 working days after the site is handed over. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 31 August 2026 at 10:00. Tenders will be evaluated on price (60%) and warranty duration (40%); the warranty must be at least 36 months and may be up to 60 months. No participation conditions or tender guarantee are required, but the successful tenderer must provide, among other things, confirmation concerning employment under employment contracts, a completed execution cost estimate and liability insurance documents.
