Modernisation of the delivery room with construction of a bathroom and the sanitary and electrical installations required for the birthing tub

The tender concerns the modernisation of delivery room no. 2, including construction of a bathroom and the necessary sanitary and electrical installations associated with installing a birthing tub at the Beskid Oncology Centre Municipal Hospital, Pavilion II, Wyspiańskiego 21, Bielsko-Biała. The works include, among other things, finishing, electrical, painting and demolition works and must be completed by 15 October 2026. The tender must be submitted electronically through the contracting authority’s platform by 2 September 2026 at 10:00; tenders will be opened at 10:30 the same day. Price accounts for 80% and the warranty and statutory defect liability period accounts for 20% of the score. The minimum required warranty and statutory defect liability period is 36 months. Tenderers must provide liability insurance of at least PLN 100,000, evidence of two qualifying previous construction projects, a suitably qualified construction manager and the documents required with the tender. No tender guarantee is required, but a performance security is required.
