Adaptation of tax office buildings to current fire safety regulations

Summary

The tender comprises four lots: adapting tax office buildings to current fire safety regulations in Będzin, Jaworzno and Siemianowice Śląskie, and reconstructing and extending the emergency and evacuation lighting system at the tax office building in Tarnowskie Góry. Bids may be submitted for one, several or all lots, and the deadline for every lot is 15 December 2026. The works will take place in occupied buildings, so the contractor must organise the works without disrupting the buildings' operations or contaminating the premises. Price is the only award criterion. A minimum 60-month warranty applies to all lots, and both a bid guarantee and performance security are required.
