Demolition of the coal chamber and reconstruction of paved plots for access to the municipal plot on Głowackiego Street in Koluszki

Summary

The tender covers demolition and sand filling of an unused coal chamber, removal of existing surfaces and kerbs, earthworks and preparation works, and construction of new concrete block paving in the Głowackiego Street area of Koluszki. The works include, among other items, 926 m² of graphite and 145 m² of grey 8 cm concrete block paving, 115 m of kerbs, 240 m of concrete edging restraints, cable protection, adjustment of utility covers and valves, and removal of construction waste and soil. The works must be completed within 3 months of contract signature. Tenders must be submitted electronically in Polish by 28 August 2026 at 10:30. Tenders will be evaluated on price (60%) and the warranty and defects-liability period (40%); the minimum warranty and defects-liability period is 36 months. No bid security is required, but a performance security equal to 4% of the gross tender price is required.
