Construction of the OLiOC warehouse

Summary

The tender concerns construction of an OLiOC warehouse in Turna Duża in the Siemiatycze area, on plot 419/2. The works include earthworks and foundations, a steel structure, sandwich-panel external walls and roof, internal finishing, windows and doors, ventilation, sanitary and heating systems, electrical and lightning-protection installations, external water and sewage systems, and a 10 m³ wastewater tank. The building must take account of the needs of all users, including persons with disabilities. The completion period is 70 days from contract signature. The tender must be submitted electronically by 28 August 2026 at 10:00; it must be in Polish and properly electronically signed. Tenders will be evaluated by price (60%) and warranty period (40%). The minimum warranty is 60 months, with offered periods of 60, 66 or 72 months.
