Reconstruction and modernisation of the warehouse at Wyzwolenia 1 in Rachanie under the Population Protection and Civil Defence Programme for 2025–2026

Summary

The tender concerns the reconstruction and modernisation of a warehouse at Wyzwolenia 1 in Rachanie. The works include, among other things, the removal and disposal of asbestos-containing eternit roofing, repair and anti-corrosion protection of the steel roof structure, installation of new trapezoidal sheet roofing and rainwater systems, renewal of electrical, earthing and lightning-protection systems, replacement of gates and windows, construction of an industrial concrete floor, and interior finishing works. The works must be completed by 15 November 2026. The tender must be submitted electronically through the contracting authority’s procurement platform by 10:00 on 28 August 2026. A PLN 2,500 tender guarantee and performance security are required. Tenders will be evaluated on price (60%) and the warranty period for the completed works (40%).
