Adapting the building of Primary School No. 3 in Lazy to current fire safety regulations

The tender concerns adapting the building of Primary School No. 3 in Lazy to current fire safety regulations. The works include, among other things, installing evacuation and emergency lighting, smoke detectors and smoke vents, fire-resistant doors and windows, fire separation structures, as well as demolition, electrical, finishing and roof adaptation works. The works must be carried out in an operating educational facility and completed by 30 October 2026. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 28 August 2026 at 09:00. Evaluation is based on price (60%) and warranty (40%); the minimum warranty period is 36 months and the maximum period taken into account is 60 months. Tenderers must provide a tender guarantee of PLN 3,000.
