Renovation and adaptation of a warehouse for civil protection and civil defence storage

Summary

The tender covers the renovation of a warehouse hall and its adaptation for civil protection and civil defence storage. The works include demolishing the existing floor and constructing a new industrial floor with sub-base, restoring the entrance opening, internal and external insulation of underground walls, external electrical and internal sanitary installations, and reinstatement of surfaces. The building has approximately 410 m² of usable floor area and a volume of 3,007 m³; external doors or gates measuring 4.0 × 3.12 m must be replaced, and approximately 450 m² of insulation will be installed on the underground section of the foundation walls. Price accounts for 96% of the evaluation and an extended warranty period for 4%.
