Stage 5/2026 – Renovation of stairwells in two municipal housing buildings in Bielsko-Biała, divided into two lots

Summary

The tender covers the renovation of stairwells in two buildings belonging to the municipal housing stock of Bielsko-Biała, divided into two lots. Lot 1 concerns the stairwell at 21 Zygmunta Krasińskiego Street and Lot 2 the stairwell at 9 Powstańców Śląskich Street. The works include, among other things, plaster repairs, preparation and painting of walls and ceilings, installation of wall panelling, painting of wooden and metal railings and pipes, electrical installation works, an intercom system in Lot 1, cleaning and polishing of granite surfaces in Lot 2, cleaning, and the removal and disposal of waste. The completion period is up to 3 months from contract signing for each lot. Bids may be submitted for one or both lots. Bids will be evaluated using price at 60%, the warranty and defects-liability period at 30%, and the delay penalty at 10%. The bid must be submitted electronically in Polish by 28 August 2026 at 12:00.
