Adaptation of a multilevel garage to create temporary emergency shelter spaces

Summary

The tender concerns the reconstruction and extension of the Podlaskie Voivodeship Office’s multilevel garage at Mickiewicza 3 in Bialystok to create temporary emergency shelter spaces. The works include, among other things, blocking up openings, strengthening the floor structure, constructing an emergency exit and exit shaft, building internal partition walls, and installing water and electrical systems. The shelter area will be 425 m². The works must be completed by 15 December 2026, and bids must be submitted electronically by 31 August 2026 at 10:00. The evaluation is based on price at 60% and the warranty period at 40%. Bidders must provide a PLN 10,000 tender guarantee, demonstrate financial capacity of PLN 1,000,000, show at least one previous construction contract worth at least PLN 600,000, and provide appropriately authorised construction managers and specialists.
