Modernization of the kitchen in the SP 7 building at ZPO No. 5

Summary

The tender concerns the comprehensive modernization of the kitchen and kitchen back-of-house facilities at Primary School No. 7 in Skarżysko-Kamienna, Zielna 29. The works include demolition, general construction, finishing, sanitary, gas, ventilation and electrical works, as well as the supply and installation of technological, sanitary and auxiliary equipment. The project must be delivered on a design-and-build basis, including the design documentation required by the functional and utility programme. The works must be completed within 3 months of contract signature and no later than 15 December 2026. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 31 August 2026 at 9:00. Price accounts for 60% of the evaluation and the extension of the warranty and defects-liability period accounts for 40%.
