Provision of social services

Summary

The tender concerns the provision of social services for 30 months through assistants who provide residents with direct support in everyday activities. The contracting authority will forward residents’ requests to the service provider; requests will generally be submitted 1 to 30 days in advance. The bidder must allow for up to 100 unforeseeable additional service hours over the contract period, include them in the tender price and provide them without separate remuneration. Participation is restricted to the social service providers specified by law. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 21 August 2026 at 08:00. Price accounts for 75% of the evaluation and quality for 25%. A PLN 6,000 tender guarantee is required.
