Conversion of the former school building in Wólka Orłowska into residential premises

Summary

The tender concerns the conversion of a former school building in Wólka Orłowska into residential premises. The works include demolition, construction of a staircase and lift shaft, supply and installation of a lift, roof, façade, internal finishing and flooring works, water supply, sewerage, heating and ventilation systems, electrical, photovoltaic, communications, CCTV and lightning protection systems, as well as external areas, parking and fencing. The contractor must obtain the decisions needed for the occupancy procedure, prepare as-built documentation and hand over a compliant building ready for use. The contract period is up to 22 months. The bid must be submitted electronically by 28 August 2026 at 12:00; the required bid guarantee is PLN 40,000. Bids will be evaluated on price (60%) and the length of the construction warranty (40%). The warranty must be between 36 and 72 months, and a performance security equal to 5% of the total bid price must be provided before contract signing.
