Thermal modernisation of the Volunteer Fire Service building in Skowroda Północna, Chąśno municipality – second procedure

Summary

The tender concerns construction works for the thermal modernisation of the Volunteer Fire Service building in Skowroda Północna, in the municipality of Chąśno. The works include, among other things, replacement of windows and doors, external wall and attic insulation, façade and roofing works, replacement of gutters and downpipes, reconstruction of the internal electrical installation, interior finishing, and the supply and installation of four air-to-air heat pumps and photovoltaic panels on the garage building. The contractor must prepare as-built and post-construction geodetic inventory documentation and complete the works within 3 months of signing the contract. The tender must be submitted electronically in Polish by 1 September 2026 at 10:00. A PLN 5,000 tender guarantee is required. The award criteria are gross price (60%) and warranty period (40%); the warranty must be between 36 and 60 months.
