Refurbishment of residential premises at Mała 2 and Wodna 26 in Bielawa

Summary

The tender covers the refurbishment of residential premises owned by the Municipality of Bielawa in two lots: Lot I – apartments 1 and 6 at Mała 2, and Lot II – apartments 2 and 12 at Wodna 26 in Bielawa. The works include demolition and finishing works, replacement of windows and doors, and construction or refurbishment of heating, ventilation, water supply, drainage, electrical and gas systems. The scope also includes installing two steel stands for project-funding information boards, organising the work facilities, cleaning the site and removing construction waste.
