The tender concerns conservation repair of the facade of the former Academy of Commerce, now the No. 1 Economic School in Kraków, Stage 1. The contractor must carry out facade conservation and repair works, including plaster, stucco, stone, ceramic and metal elements, cleaning, drainage repairs and as-built documentation. The work must be carried out or directly supervised by a person meeting the monument-protection requirements, and under the conservation permit by a qualified art conservator. The bidder must meet experience and staffing requirements, provide a bid security of PLN 7,000, and later provide performance security.
